MAG is a leading UK airport group that owns and operates Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports, together with a significant property business. Serving 62 million passengers travelling to 270 destinations with 70 airlines.
MAG partner with the individual airlines and tourist boards to promote the airline and the routes on offer, or to promote a specific destination whether for business or leisure. Every brief is different, every destination is different and each one has a different target audience. Briefs can range from bringing to life what a trip to Oman would look like flying with Oman Air, choosing Turkish Airlines to explore Turkey and more of the world, travelling to Canada for business with West Jet, or a January sale offer from Pegasus Air. MAG needed to ensure that whatever the brief, we could deliver what they needed. So we worked closely with them and their partners to write the perfect scripts, choose the perfect voice and create the right airtime advert with a string call to action
Each project had a different target audience and different messaging so it was important to be able to access the right voice for each project.
Working alongside their media buyers, we made sure that the messaging was adapted to different audience segments and listeners who may and may not have used the airline before
