Our studios are where content comes to life, and we’re looking for a Studio Manager to join our growing Studios team in London and make sure they run brilliantly. You’ll take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of audio and video recording, setting up sessions, including audio, video, lighting and sets, and engineering sessions yourself. You’ll manage our team of Studio Engineers, book and train external freelancers, take client bookings and manage studio calendars, and keep everything maintained and running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical knowledge across audio, video and lighting, who’s highly organised, stays calm under pressure, and leads with confidence. You’ll communicate well with everyone from engineers to clients, be proactive about spotting problems early, and bring creative thinking as well as technical solutions.
