Secret Mum Club Competition

Terms and Conditions

 

The organiser of this competition is Audio Always Limited (“we” / “our” / “us”), registered in England and Wales with the company number 08037716.

 

If the organiser engages with a third party in connection with this competition, the terms we, our and us shall refer to both Audio Always Limited and the third party.

 

The competition period starts on 19th August 2024 and ends on 23rd August 2024 at 1200.

 

There will be four prize draws across the competition period, and by entering the prize draw you agree to these terms and conditions.

Entrants must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

 

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

 

Entrants can only enter the prize draw once, and multiple entries will be disqualified.

 

Entries can only be accepted via the Secret Mum Club Instagram page at instagram.com/secretmumpod.

 

Entrants must like the post related to the competition on 27th August 2024, they must follow @secretmumpod on Instagram, they must tag another account in the comments and they must comment on the location of the SEALIFE site they would like to visit.

 

@secretmumpod will be used to contact winners, no contact will be made by any other account in conjunction with this competition.

 

Winners for the prize draw will be chosen at random from a list of valid entries once the prize draw has closed.

 

Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the closing time and date.

 

If a winner is uncontactable after seven days of the closing date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another selected winner.

 

Winners can only win one prize across the competition period.

 

Names of winners will be published on the podcast social channels @secretmumpod.

Each Family ticket contains 4 VIP tickets to SEALIFE and can be used up until 31st December 2024. 

 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury occurring to winners or winners’ guests arising from entry into the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.

 

We are not responsible for the actions of prize entrants, winners or winners’ guests.

 

We reserve the right to disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw at any stage where we deem it necessary.

 

The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
